Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) fruit extract, an anthocyanin-rich botanical standardised to anthocyanins, commonly at around 25%. It is a whole-plant botanical extract that retains the native fruit matrix rather than a single compound purified from the plant. The berry, known in some markets as cassis, has a long history of culinary use in Europe. It is supplied as a dry powder, and we manufacture it in capsule, tablet, powder and gummy dosage formats.
