Which route fits you?
Choosing how to work with us comes down to one question: does the formula already exist? If it does, we manufacture it (OEM). If it does not, our R&D team develops it with you first (ODM). Everything after that point, sourcing, production, testing and documentation, is the same, whichever route you take, so the decision is only about where you start.
OEM Manufacturing
You bring a finished formula; we manufacture it under NSF GMP at volume, with the documentation your quality team needs. Straightforward contract manufacturing for established products.
Best when: you have a proven product and need dependable, repeatable supply, or you are moving an established line to a stronger, better-documented manufacturer.

Need a product developed as well as made? Our R&D lab develops the formulation, validates it, and takes it through to production, so you get a manufacturable, consistent product without coordinating multiple partners.
Best when: you want a new product, or a differentiated version of an existing one, and would rather one partner own both the formula work and the production.

Two starts, one manufacturing backbone
OEM and ODM differ only at the beginning. From sourcing onward, every product runs through the same NSF/ANSI 455-2 certified process, so the quality, testing and paperwork are identical no matter how your project started.
ODM adds one step up front, formula development and validation, before joining the shared backbone.
What runs through the backbone, every time
- 01Sourcing and qualification
Every raw, auxiliary and packaging material is sourced to specification from qualified suppliers, with identity and contaminant checks, heavy metals and microbial limits, on each incoming lot before it clears into production.
- 02NSF GMP production
Manufactured under our NSF/ANSI 455-2 certified system across softgels, capsules, tablets, powders, liquids and gummies, to defined process parameters, with complete batch records written as each step happens.
- 03Testing and release
Every batch is tested against its specification and formally signed off before it ships, never waved through on a loose sample, with each lot traceable back to the materials it was made from.
- 04Certificate of Analysis
Each lot leaves with a CoA, the batch records and the specification sheet your quality team files, so your supplier-qualification record is complete from the first order.
- 05Packaging and export
Finished and packed to your agreed format, then dispatched with the country-of-origin and manufacturing documentation your team needs to move it through import and customs.
