Celery (Apium graveolens), the seed, supplied as a standardised dry extract. It is standardised to 3-n-butylphthalide (3nB), the phthalide constituent that characterises celery-seed extracts. It is a whole-seed extract rather than an isolated phthalide. Celery is a declarable allergen and is labelled accordingly. It is supplied as a dry powder. We produce it in capsule, tablet and powder dosage formats.
