Green Coffee Bean (Coffea arabica, also sourced from Coffea canephora/robusta) extract, produced from the unroasted bean and standardised by HPLC to its principal polyphenols, the chlorogenic acids, commonly at 45-50%. It is a whole-plant botanical extract that retains the native bean matrix rather than a single compound purified from the plant. Because roasting degrades chlorogenic acids, the unroasted (green) bean is used for this grade. It is supplied as a dry powder, and we manufacture it in capsule, tablet and powder dosage formats.
