Kudzu (Pueraria lobata), known in traditional Chinese practice as ge gen, supplied as a root extract standardised to 40% puerarin, its principal isoflavone-glycoside marker. It is a whole-plant extract that retains the native isoflavone context rather than a single purified compound, and it is botanically distinct from Pueraria mirifica. It is supplied as a dry powder.
