Pau d'arco (Handroanthus impetiginosus, syn. Tabebuia impetiginosa), the inner bark, supplied as a concentrated dry extract on a 4:1 native drug-to-extract ratio. It carries the native naphthoquinone profile of the bark, including lapachol and beta-lapachone. It is a whole-bark extract rather than an isolated quinone. It is supplied as a dry powder. We produce it in capsule, tablet and powder dosage formats.
