Piperine 95%

Piperine (piperoylpiperidine)

Piperine is the principal piperidine alkaloid of black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit, supplied as an isolated single compound at 95% or higher purity by HPLC (CAS 94-62-2, C17H19NO3, molecular weight 285.34). Rather than a whole-plant pepper extract that retains a native matrix, it is the purified molecule itself with a defined chemical identity, widely used as a formulation aid, and it is distinct from the Piper longum long-pepper extract in this catalogue. It is presented as a fine defined-compound powder. We manufacture it in capsule, tablet and powder dosage formats.
