Pomegranate (Punica granatum) fruit extract, standardised by HPLC to its hydrolysable tannins, the ellagitannins (punicalagins), commonly at 30%, with ellagic-acid grades (for example 40%) also supplied. It is a whole-plant botanical extract that retains the native fruit matrix rather than a single compound purified from the plant. The fruit has a long history of culinary and traditional use across the Mediterranean and Middle East. It is supplied as a dry powder, and we manufacture it in capsule, tablet, powder and gummy dosage formats.
