Senna (Senna alexandrina, syn. Cassia angustifolia), the leaf and pod, supplied as a standardised dry extract. It is standardised to 20% sennosides, the dianthrone-glycoside group calculated as sennoside B, by UV. It is a whole-leaf-and-pod extract rather than an isolated glycoside. It is supplied as a dry powder. We produce it in capsule, tablet and powder dosage formats.
