Tart Cherry (Prunus cerasus, Montmorency variety) fruit extract, an anthocyanin-bearing concentrate supplied as a juice-derived powder and as native ratio extracts. It is a whole-plant botanical extract that retains the native fruit matrix rather than a single compound purified from the plant. Montmorency is the tart-cherry cultivar most widely used for concentrates. It is supplied as a dry powder, and we manufacture it in capsule, tablet, powder and gummy dosage formats.
