Rice Flour and rice concentrate are plant-derived fillers and flow carriers milled from rice (Oryza sativa), composed predominantly of rice starch (starch CAS 9005-25-8) together with naturally associated protein and fibre. Because they are whole-food ingredients rather than isolated single molecules, they are specified by grade rather than by a molecular formula or weight. They are used as clean-label and organic-compatible alternatives to synthetic bulking agents, carriers and anti-caking aids. Supplied as a fine white to off-white powder, the material is manufactured into capsules, tablets and powders.
