A root extract of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer (Asian or Korean ginseng) defined by its 10:1 native extraction ratio, concentrating ten parts raw root into one part finished extract, with total ginsenosides typically around 5 percent by UV. Unlike the G115 grade fixed to a 4 percent ginsenoside specification or the aerial-part extract set to 80 percent total ginsenosides, this grade is characterized primarily by its drug-to-extract ratio rather than a guaranteed marker percentage. It is a whole root extract rather than an isolated ginsenoside such as Rg3, and it uses root material rather than the stem-and-leaf source of the 80 percent grade. Physical form is a dry-extract powder that also disperses for fluid applications. We manufacture it in capsule, tablet, powder, and liquid formats.
