Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre, gurmar), leaf. This is a native, full-spectrum leaf extract expressed as a 4:1 herb-to-extract ratio, meaning four parts dried leaf are concentrated into one part extract with no adjustment to a gymnemic acid marker. It therefore differs from the 25%, 50% and 75% grades and the branded GS4 PLUS extract, which are all standardized to a defined gymnemic acid percentage, while still being more concentrated than the 1:1 whole leaf powder. The material is a dry native extract powder that also disperses for liquid use. We manufacture it in capsules, powder, and liquid.
