Boron aspartate is a boron amino-acid chelate carried on aspartic acid, manufactured synthetically and standardized to declared elemental boron rather than to a defined formula. Like boron glycinate it has an ill-defined stoichiometry and no assigned CAS number, distinguishing it from the single-molecule calcium fructoborate and boron citrate. Its carrier amino acid is aspartic acid rather than glycine, and it supplies approximately 5% elemental boron, in the same mid-range as the other chelates and the citrate. It is one of the three forms typically combined in triple-boron complexes, and we manufacture it for capsule and tablet formats.
