Natural Beta-Carotene (Carrot / Vegetable Oil) is beta,beta-carotene concentrated directly from plant oils such as carrot (CAS 7235-40-7, EC 230-636-6; C40H56, MW 536.87). Rather than being isolated from algal biomass, fungal fermentation or chemical synthesis, it is obtained by extracting and concentrating the carotenoid already present in the vegetable oil, retaining its native isomer profile. The finished ingredient is an orange-red oil suspension standardized to a stated carotene percentage. We manufacture it in softgel, capsule, liquid and powder formats.
