Branded turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract (Sabinsa) standardized to 95% total curcuminoids and defined by a set composition of the three naturally occurring curcuminoids, curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin, rather than by aggregate marker alone. Where the generic 95% grade is specified only on total curcuminoid percentage, this form is characterized by its three-curcuminoid ratio; it remains a whole-curcuminoid extract, without the turmerone essential oil of the BCM-95 composite or the phospholipid and solid-lipid carriers of the Meriva and Longvida grades, and is not a single-compound isolate. Physical form is a yellow-orange powder. Produced in capsules, tablets, softgels and bulk powder.
