Turmeric (Curcumin)

Curcumin (Isolated, >=95%)

Curcumin (diferuloylmethane)

The single principal curcuminoid of turmeric (Curcuma longa rhizome), curcumin, also called diferuloylmethane (CAS 458-37-7), purified to a single-compound grade of at least 95% by HPLC. Unlike the 95% and C3 total-curcuminoid extracts, which are three-curcuminoid mixtures, this is one isolated molecule with the two minor curcuminoids removed; it carries none of the essential oil, phospholipid or solid-lipid carriers of the BCM-95, Meriva or Longvida grades, and is far more concentrated than the native rhizome powder. Supplied as a bright yellow crystalline-to-fine powder. Produced in powder and capsule formats.
