Liquid Sucralose Concentrate is the same high-intensity sweetener (sucralose, CAS 56038-13-2, EC 259-952-2) supplied pre-dissolved as an aqueous solution rather than as a solid. It is prepared by dissolving synthetically chlorinated sucrose in water, typically at 24-25% w/w active. Because it is delivered as a ready-to-dose liquid, it differs from the crystalline powder and micronized grades, which are dry solids requiring dissolution, and from the maltodextrin blend, which is a bulked dry powder. We manufacture it into liquid supplement formats.
