Manganese Sulfate

Manganese(II) sulfate monohydrate

Manganese sulfate is the inorganic manganese(II) salt of sulfuric acid, supplied as the monohydrate (MnSO4·H2O, CAS 10034-96-5). It is a mineral-derived, water-soluble salt carrying roughly 32% elemental manganese by weight, placing it among the higher-load forms in the family, below carbonate but above the organic-acid salts and the chelates. Unlike the amino-acid chelate (bisglycinate) or the picolinate chelate, the manganese here sits as a simple divalent cation paired with sulfate rather than held within an organic ligand. The material is a pale-pink crystalline powder with all manganese in the reduced +2 oxidation state. We manufacture it in tablet, capsule and powder formats.
