Strontium chloride is the inorganic strontium salt of hydrochloric acid (CAS 10476-85-4; SrCl2, MW 158.53 anhydrous), most often supplied as the hexahydrate. On the anhydrous basis it carries about 55% elemental strontium, around 33% as the hexahydrate, and it is highly water-soluble, in contrast to the sparingly soluble carbonate. The same salt is also used in oral-care products. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, powders and liquids.
