Cynarin

Cynarin (1,3-dicaffeoylquinic acid)

Cynarin (1,3-dicaffeoylquinic acid, CAS 30964-13-7, C25H24O12, MW 516.45), the caffeoylquinic-acid marker compound of globe artichoke (Cynara scolymus, leaf). It is supplied as an isolated single molecule purified to not less than 98%, rather than as a whole-leaf extract. This sets it apart from every other grade in the range, which deliver cynarin or chlorogenic acid only as a fraction of a broader leaf-extract matrix; here the marker itself is the finished material and it also serves as a reference standard. It is supplied as a purified single-compound powder. We manufacture it in powder format.
