Tricalcium Phosphate

Tricalcium bis(phosphate)

Tricalcium phosphate is a calcium phosphate salt (tricalcium bis(phosphate), Ca3(PO4)2, CAS 7758-87-4) supplied to USP/FCC grade in a 3:2 calcium-to-phosphate ratio. It is a mineral-sourced inorganic salt carrying roughly 39% elemental calcium, second only to carbonate among the concentrated forms and well above the organic-acid salts and the chelate. Like carbonate it is essentially water-insoluble, and it also carries phosphorus alongside calcium; the same material doubles as a food-fortification and anticaking ingredient. It is supplied as a white, free-flowing powder. We manufacture it in tablets, capsules and powders.
