USDA Organic
A certified organic handler for the US market, listed in the public USDA database.
USDA National Organic Program (NOP)
What it is
The USDA National Organic Program (7 CFR Part 205) is the US federal organic regulation. We are certified as an organic handler by Ecocert, a USDA-accredited certifying agent, which authorises us to produce certified-organic products for the US market under a reviewed Organic System Plan and annual on-site inspection.
What it covers
- Certified-organic handling under a reviewed Organic System Plan
- Segregation and contamination controls for organic lines
- Currently listed organic products (e.g. ashwagandha, echinacea, milk thistle tablets)
- Annual on-site inspection by the certifying agent
Why it matters to you
A NOP certificate is required to label or represent products as organic in the US. Ours is listed in the public USDA INTEGRITY database, so a buyer can confirm the scope and status independently.
