FDA-registered facility

Registered with the US FDA, a prerequisite for supplying the US market.

US FDA facility registration

What it is

Under the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, facilities that manufacture food or dietary supplements for the US market must register with the FDA and renew every two years. Registration gives the FDA our facility details and the right to inspect, and lets the agency set inspection priorities.

What it covers

  • Facility registered under the FD&C Act §415
  • Biennial renewal maintained
  • FDA right of inspection acknowledged
  • A prerequisite for lawful US market supply

Why it matters to you

Registration is a required baseline for US supply. One important distinction: it is registration, not approval. The FDA does not approve supplements or facilities, and we never describe it as such.
