Monk Fruit Extract 25% Mogroside V is a botanical extract of Siraitia grosvenorii (luo han guo) fruit, standardized by HPLC to 25% mogroside V, the cucurbitane-type triterpene glycoside responsible for monk fruit's high sweetening intensity. It is produced by aqueous extraction of the dried fruit followed by filtration and purification, then adjusted to the defined mogroside V assay. Relative to the family's other grades it carries a lower mogroside V load than the 50% extract and far more co-extracted fruit matrix than the isolated 95% Mogroside V, and unlike the juice concentrate it is a dry, water-soluble solid rather than a syrup. It is supplied as a free-flowing powder. We manufacture it in powder, capsule, tablet, gummy and liquid formats.
