d-delta-tocotrienol (CAS 25612-59-3) er delta-homologen af tocotrienol-serien og den fremherskende tocotrienol i annatto-afledte ekstrakter, som i modsætning til palme- og risklid-kilder er i det væsentlige tocopherol-frie. Det er den mindst methylerede tocotrienol, hvilket giver det den laveste molekylvægt af serien ved 396,6 g/mol (C27H40O2), og ligesom de andre tocotrienoler bærer det en umættet tre-dobbeltbindings sidekæde. Det isoleres som en komponent af tocotrienol-komplekset og analyseres ved HPLC. Som en fri-fenol, fedtopløselig olie fremstilles det til softgels, kapsler og flydende former.
