The company has a modern production base and advanced production lines, and the plant is built in strict accordance with pharmaceutical GMP requirements. The production workshops apply lean management, streamlined processes and lean production. By introducing internationally advanced and top domestic equipment, together with intelligent production equipment and automated control systems, the company has achieved automated, intelligent and information-based production, effectively improving production efficiency and product quality.

The Hengrui testing centre applies a number of stringent national testing standards, and high-quality incoming materials and finished products are all controlled. All raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging materials and finished products must be tested before being put into use or leaving the factory. Hengrui has always attached great importance to product quality and maintains a complete supplier-monitoring system. Supplier selection is very rigorous, raw materials are chosen from well-known brands at home and abroad, and every raw material undergoes 100% full inspection before entering the qualified warehouse. During production, the awareness of risk prevention and control comes first, risk points are identified in advance, and quality problems are investigated and minimised. The enterprise has successively passed the GMP system, SC certificate, HACCP system, FDA registration, import-and-export record and NSF system, and this complete quality system has won the trust and appreciation of many customers. A finished dosage form still has to reach your shelf. We take it the last mile in-house, primary and secondary packaging, label design and printing, and finished-goods packing, so a product leaves ready to sell, not just made. Typical turnaround is about a month, or as agreed by contract.
