Bottles
HDPE for a tight moisture barrier, PET to show colour on shelf, or glass for the best barrier and a premium feel. The workhorse for capsules, tablets, softgels and powders.
Packaging & finishing
The pack is the last thing we make and the first thing your customer holds. It protects the product, carries the brand and meets the market’s rules, so we treat it as part of the build, not an afterthought.
Two products with the same formula can succeed or fail on the pack. It has to hold the product to specification through storage and transit, present the brand the way the shelf demands, and carry everything a market requires, from the Supplement Facts to the lot and expiry. We choose the format and the material against the dosage form and the actives, protect the product with the right barrier and closure, and finish it with label design and print in-house, so a product leaves ready to sell rather than only made.
Every pack runs the same path, so nothing about the finished product is left to chance.
Where the product sells, on a retail shelf, in a pharmacy or by e-commerce, and the claims it must carry, shape the pack from the start.
The pack and its material are chosen against the dosage form, the sensitivity of the actives and the shelf life the product needs to hold.
Barrier, closure and any in-pack protection are set to keep the product to specification from the day it is sealed to the end of shelf life.
Label design and print are done in-house, to your brand and to the labelling rules of the market it ships to.
The product is filled, sealed and tamper-evidenced under the same GMP discipline as production, with batch records at every step.
Cartoned, leafleted and packed to your format, the product leaves ready for the shelf or the fulfilment centre.
The pack that touches the product, chosen to fit the dose, the actives and the market.
HDPE for a tight moisture barrier, PET to show colour on shelf, or glass for the best barrier and a premium feel. The workhorse for capsules, tablets, softgels and powders.
Unit-dose thermoform or cold-form (Alu-Alu) for tablets and capsules. Inherently tamper-evident, easy to dose, and clear about how much is left.
Wide-mouth jars and tubs for gummies, powders and higher counts, where a bottle neck is too narrow or the serving is scooped.
Stand-up doypacks for powders and gummies. Light, low-cost to ship and well suited to e-commerce and refill formats.
Single-serve powders for precise, on-the-go dosing, and for sampling a product before a full pack.
Dropper bottles for measured dosing, sprays, and single-shot bottles or ampoules for liquids and shots.
Each form has the packs it runs in best. We start from the product, not from one line we happen to have.
HDPE or PET bottles, unit-dose blister packs, or jars for larger counts.
Bottles for everyday counts, blister packs where unit-dose or tamper-evidence matters, jars for value sizes.
Jars and tubs for scooped servings, stand-up pouches for e-commerce, sachets and stick-packs for single serves.
PET jars and bottles that show the product, or stand-up pouches for a lighter, lower-cost pack.
Glass or PET bottles with a dropper or spray, or single-shot bottles and ampoules for on-the-go doses.
The layer a buyer’s quality team looks for: the product held to specification, and a pack you cannot open without knowing.
Moisture, oxygen and light control matched to the active. Opaque HDPE or amber glass for light-sensitive actives, and a tight moisture barrier for probiotics, enzymes and hygroscopic powders.
Child-resistant caps where a formula requires them, foil induction seals for an airtight, first-open-evident seal, and tamper-evident bands.
Desiccants, oxygen absorbers and nitrogen flush where the formula needs help holding its specification on the shelf and, later, once opened.
Glass, HDPE and PET selected against the barrier the product needs, the way it should present on shelf, and cost.
Everything around the primary pack that turns a filled bottle into a finished, shelf-ready product.
In-house label design and print on paper or BOPP, plus shrink sleeves for a full-body finish, to your brand and the market’s labelling rules.
Folding cartons, leaflets and inserts, so a product presents the way the shelf and the regulations require.
Packed to your format and count, ready for retail distribution or direct fulfilment.
