Turmeric Root Extract (95% Curcuminoids)

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome, solvent-extracted and concentrated to a fixed 95% total curcuminoid marker (curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin combined) assayed by HPLC. This is the commodity bulk grade of the family: a whole-curcuminoid extract defined by its aggregate curcuminoid percentage, carrying no added essential oil, phospholipid carrier or solid-lipid matrix, and with no single curcuminoid isolated out. It sits between the unconcentrated turmeric rhizome powder at roughly 2 to 5% curcuminoids and the single-compound curcumin isolate at 95%-plus diferuloylmethane, and unlike the Meriva phytosome or Longvida solid-lipid grades it contains no formulation carrier. Supplied as a yellow-orange fine powder. Manufactured into capsules, tablets, softgels and standalone powder.
