Zinc Sulfate

Zinc sulfate, supplied as the monohydrate ZnSO4 dot H2O, is an inorganic zinc salt of sulfuric acid and one of the oldest supplemental zinc forms (CAS 7446-19-7). In contrast to the sparingly soluble zinc oxide, it is highly water-soluble. At roughly 36.4% elemental zinc it carries one of the higher elemental loads among the zinc salts, above zinc citrate and the organic chelates though below zinc oxide. It is produced from mineral sources, standardized to elemental zinc and most commonly supplied as the monohydrate, which we manufacture in tablet, capsule, liquid and powder formats.
