Citrulline Malate 2:1 is a co-processed blend of L-citrulline with DL-malic acid in a fixed 2:1 ratio, two parts citrulline to one part malic acid. Unlike the 1:1 grade it is not a single defined molecular entity, carrying no single CAS number, molecular formula or molecular weight, being a multi-constituent blend rather than a characterised salt. The fermentation-derived L-citrulline supplies the majority of the mass, so this grade holds a higher citrulline fraction per gram than the 1:1 salt while still incorporating the malic-acid component. It is supplied as a white crystalline, free-flowing powder. We manufacture it in powder and capsule dosage formats.
