CinSulin Water-Soluble Cinnamon Extract

Cinnamomum burmannii, aqueous bark extract

CinSulin is a branded water-soluble cinnamon extract produced from Cinnamomum burmannii, a cassia-type cinnamon, by a 100% water-only extraction concentrated to a 10:1 ratio. It is standardized to not less than 3% Type-A polyphenol polymers, and the water-only process removes fat-soluble constituents, leaving an extract reduced in coumarin relative to whole cassia bark. This dual specification, a 10:1 ratio plus a Type-A polymer floor, differentiates it from both the ratio-only 10:1 cassia extract and the 8% general-polyphenol grade, and its aqueous chemistry parallels Cinnulin PF but is specified to a different marker floor. Supplied as a water-soluble dry extract powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, and powders.
