Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.), fruit of the Haschberg cultivar. ElderCraft is Iprona's branded, solvent-free extract produced by membrane processing (Iprona Polyphenol Technology) and offered across several anthocyanin grades, from a minimum of 4% up to 15% in the powder grades and 3.2% in the liquid. It differs from the generic 5% and 25% grades in that it is cultivar-specified and membrane-processed rather than solvent-extracted to a single fixed percentage, and unlike the ratio-defined 10:1 it is characterized by its branded anthocyanin specification. The powder grades are dry and free-flowing; the liquid grade is a fluid concentrate. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, gummies, powders, and liquids.
