This is a high-concentration fruit extract of Tribulus terrestris (puncture vine), produced by the same total-saponin route as our 40% grade but concentrated to 90% total steroidal saponins. The saponin fraction is quantified as a whole class by UV-Vis spectrophotometric and gravimetric assay, so it remains a standardized whole extract and not a single-compound isolate. It differs from the 40% fruit grade only in the higher total-saponin marker level, and differs from the protodioscin-standardized and Tribestan aerial-parts grades in both the fruit plant part used and the total-class UV-Vis basis of measurement rather than HPLC single-marker quantification. It presents as a fine powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, and bulk powder.
