Ginger (Zingiber officinale), rhizome extract. This concentrate is defined by a 10:1 native raw-material-to-extract ratio, meaning ten parts rhizome are reduced to one part extract, rather than by a fixed marker percentage as in the 5% gingerol grade. It is a whole extract that carries the native constituent profile at concentration, which separates it from the 6-gingerol single-compound isolate and the gingerol-standardized oleoresin. Physically it is a brown free-flowing powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets and powder blends.
