Ginger (Zingiber officinale), dried rhizome. This grade is the whole rhizome cleaned and milled to a powder, with no solvent extraction or marker concentration applied, so its native gingerol content is left unadjusted. It is the base botanical material from which the family's concentrated grades are produced, in contrast to the marker-standardized 5% gingerol extract, the ratio-based 10:1 concentrate and the resinous oleoresin. Physically it is a free-flowing tan-to-buff powder. We manufacture it into powder blends, capsules, tablets and gummies.
