Magnesium Creatine Chelate (Creatine MagnaPower)

magnesium bis(2-[carbamimidoyl(methyl)amino]acetate)

Magnesium creatine chelate, marketed as Creatine MagnaPower, is a chelate complex in which one magnesium ion is bound to two creatine molecules in a 2:1 creatine-to-magnesium ratio (CAS 290357-35-6, C8H16MgN6O4, MW 284.56). Unlike the monohydrate, the inorganic salts and the ester forms, the creatine here is delivered as a magnesium chelate, so the material also carries elemental magnesium within the molecule. It is manufactured synthetically and supplied as a crystalline powder. It is manufactured in capsule and powder formats.
