Inositol-Stabilized Arginine Silicate (Nitrosigine) is a branded complex of L-arginine and silicate stabilized with inositol; it has no single defined molecular formula, molecular weight or CAS number and is instead standardized to its arginine and silicon content. It is manufactured as a proprietary complex rather than a simple stoichiometric salt, which distinguishes it from the hydrochloride, aspartate and ketoglutarate grades that each have a defined formula. It also contributes silicon, a component none of the other arginine forms in the family carry. We supply it in capsule, powder and tablet formats.
