Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) fruit datasheet grade. This is a concentrated whole-fruit solvent extract standardized to 25% anthocyanins, calculated as anthocyanidins by UV spectrophotometric assay. It is the commodity anthocyanin grade of the family: its marker is quantified by the broader UV method rather than by the HPLC anthocyanin fingerprint used for our 36% and Mirtoselect grades, and it carries a fixed pigment specification rather than the native concentration ratio of the 4:1 and whole fruit powder. Supplied as a deep violet, free-flowing extract powder, it is not an isolated single compound but the full anthocyanin-bearing fruit matrix. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, softgels and bulk powder blends.
