Bilberry Fruit Powder is dried and milled Vaccinium myrtillus fruit at a 1:1 basis, with no solvent extraction, concentration or marker standardization. It is the base plant material of the family and the feedstock from which the standardized 25%, 36%, Mirtoselect and 4:1 grades are produced, carrying only the anthocyanins native to the whole fruit rather than a specified percentage. As the least processed form it is the whole fruit itself rather than an extract or isolate, supplied as a deep purple milled powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, gummies and bulk powder blends.
