Horny goat weed (Epimedium grandiflorum) aerial-part extract standardized by HPLC to 20% icariin. It sits at the mid-point of the family's single-marker icariin series, carrying twice the assayed icariin of the 10% grade and half that of the 40% grade, and remains a whole-plant extract rather than an isolated compound. Standardization is to the single icariin marker rather than to the multi-component total-flavone assay used for the 60% grade. It is supplied as a dry powder. Manufactured in capsule, tablet and powder dosage formats.
