Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) fruit extract concentrated to a 4:1 native extract ratio, meaning four parts of raw fruit are reduced to one part extract. Unlike the family's 25% UV, 36% HPLC and Mirtoselect grades, it is defined by extraction ratio alone and is not standardized to a fixed anthocyanin marker percentage. It sits between the standardized extracts and the unconcentrated fruit powder: more concentrated than the milled 1:1 powder, but without a guaranteed pigment specification. The whole-fruit concentrate is supplied as a purple free-flowing powder and manufactured into capsules, tablets and bulk powder blends.
