Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), produced from the dried inner bark of the tree. This grade is the whole botanical milled to a powder, with no solvent concentration and no marker standardization, so it carries the bark's native volatile-oil fraction (typically around 1 to 4%, cinnamaldehyde-dominant) rather than a fixed assay value. It differs from the family's other grades in that it is neither ratio-concentrated like the 10:1 extract nor assay-adjusted like the 8% polyphenol extract or the aqueous Type-A polymer extracts; it is 100% milled bark. Supplied as a tan-brown milled bark powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, and finished powders.
