Ginger (Zingiber officinale), rhizome extract. This is a whole-rhizome extract assayed by HPLC and adjusted to a declared 5% total gingerol content, giving it a fixed single-marker specification the unstandardized root powder does not carry. Unlike the 10:1 grade, which is defined by extraction ratio, and the 6-gingerol isolate, which is a single purified compound, this grade holds the full extract matrix to a percentage marker. It is supplied as a fine brown powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets and powder blends.
