Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.), fruit juice. This grade is pressed elderberry juice concentrated by water evaporation to 65 Brix, retaining native anthocyanins without adjustment to a marker percentage. Unlike the spray-dried powder extracts (5%, 25%, ElderCraft) and the ratio-based 10:1, it is a liquid concentrate rather than a dry solid, and unlike the whole fruit powder it is the pressed-juice fraction rather than milled whole berries. It is a viscous liquid. We manufacture it into liquids and gummies.
