Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) bark extract standardized to 8% total polyphenols measured by UV spectrophotometry. Unlike the 10:1 grade, which is defined only by extraction ratio, this form carries a fixed assayed polyphenol marker; and unlike the branded Cinnulin PF and CinSulin extracts it is a general polyphenol-standardized whole extract rather than one specified to double-linked Type-A polymers. It is a concentrated extract rather than the milled whole bark. Supplied as a brown dry extract powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, and powders.
