Cinnulin PF is a branded cinnamon bark extract produced from Cinnamomum burmannii, a cassia-type cinnamon, using a patented water-soluble aqueous extraction. The extract is standardized to doubly-linked Type-A polyphenol polymers (trimers and tetramers), a more specific chemical target than the general 8% total-polyphenol assay of the standard cassia extract and distinct from the ratio-only 10:1 grade. Its aqueous, water-soluble process separates it technically from the solvent- and ratio-based cassia extracts and from the plain milled bark powder. Supplied as a tan water-soluble dry extract powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, and powders.
