Sucralose-Maltodextrin Bulking Blend is a physical blend in which sucralose, the trichlorinated sucrose derivative high-intensity sweetener (CAS 56038-13-2), is dispersed onto a maltodextrin carrier. The blend is standardized to roughly 1% sucralose so that its bulk delivers sweetness at a 1:1 volume against sugar. Unlike the neat powder, micronized and liquid grades, which supply sucralose as the concentrated active, this form dilutes the active on a glucose-polymer bulking carrier to produce a spoonable, granular product. We manufacture it as a powder.
