Globe artichoke (Cynara scolymus), leaf. This whole-leaf extract is standardized to 5% total cynarin, with the marker confirmed by both HPLC and UV. It carries double the assayed cynarin content of the 2.5% grade and, unlike the ratio-defined 10:1 extract, is released against a fixed marker percentage. The material is a dry, free-flowing extract powder. We manufacture it in capsule, tablet, and powder formats.
