Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.), fruit. This is a high-strength purified fruit extract standardized to 25% anthocyanins as cyanidin-3-glucoside by UV-Vis, the upper end of the traded anthocyanin range. It carries a fivefold-higher marker specification than the 5% bulk grade, and, being fixed to a defined percentage, it differs from the ratio-standardized 10:1 full-spectrum material. Physically it is a spray-dried powder. We manufacture it into capsules, tablets, and powders.
